On Arrival

Welcome to Spreacombe.  

We hope that you have had a pleasant journey. 

Your key will either be on the inside of the door or in the key safe as per your welocome email and everything your cottage should be fairly self explanatory. 

I will NOT be coming round to welcome you in person but if you provide a mobile number I will message you to check that everything is to your expectation. If there are any issues pleaes do get in touch with me as soon as possible. I would rather you had a great holiday than "put up" with something that isn't up to standard.

If you feel that something is missing from your cottage, that you would normally see, please get in touch - it may just be stored elsewhere or I may have limited supplies, e.g board games, books.

The laundry room is now open for your use at any time although please be aware that this is a shared facility.  Please could you check the lint filter of the tumble drier and respect the other users.

The children's outdoor play things (WendyHouse, sandpit and swing) are also shared between our guests.
