Autumn at Spreacombe       

  It was such a lovely morning this morning at Spreacombe, that I thought I would share this photograph with you.

At this time of year the mist comes in from the sea and hangs in the valley and looks almost magical.  This year we seem to have exceptional Autumnal colours, especially with the beech trees that are in our private woodland but of course we also have the wonderful facility of RSPB Chapel Wood showing its wonderful colours on our doorstep.

The sky this morning, well it looks almost like something out of a classical painting, not something we get frequently but amazing to look at when it comes against a stormy clouds, and yes I did get caught in the rain shower!
