Getting some shade

We feel so pleased for our guests that both Bank Holidays in May have been super weather.  On 7th May we had a large group that took 2 cottages and were able to push the outdoor tables together to eat leisurely breakfasts outside over their entire long weekend break.  

This week we have some individual bookings and a group over 3 cottages. The group booking have also booked the Old Barn so that they have a larger space for joining together and to where they have even retreated for shade and cool. 

The peacock in in full plumage ; look hard you can see him in one of his shady spots;  perhaps not the most effective shade in the valley but he also has full view of his feeding point from here so won't be late for his sunflower seeds.
